The Beatsource streaming service for open-format DJs is now available in all Denon DJ Prime series devices. The integration has been introduced in the public beta of the Engine OS 1.6 software, which powers devices such as the SC6000 player and Prime 4 controller.
The Denon integration follows Beatsource’s announcement earlier this week that Beatsource is coming to Serato DJ in October.
Launched in May, Beatsource enables DJs to stream tracks from the Beatsource library in their DJ software, along with thousands of playlists. In addition to Denon DJ, Beatsource is also available in Pioneer DJ rekordbox, VirtualDJ, Algoriddim djay and djay Pro, and Hercules DJUCED.
