As DJs, we know that music has the remarkable power to evolve and transform, and there are times when the remix of a song actually outshines the original version. Remixes for DJs are especially important as they help breathe new life into tracks, lengthening their shelf life and sometimes pushing them beyond the genres and cultures originally intended.
With this in mind, we started thinking of all the official remixes (remixes released by artists and record labels) that are better than the originals. We based our selects on their overall impact, lasting ability, and performance on the dance floor for DJs.
